Booking Information
In the first instance please telephone or email us to discuss your requirements
to ensure the dates and the facilities that you require are available.
You will need to pay £50 per person at the time of booking if the dates
are more than 4 weeks away, otherwise we ask for payment in full.
All payments can be made by cheque to "S J Burgess LTD" or by direct bank
transfer if you prefer.
Once the booking is confirmed we will issue you with an invoice containing
all of the confirmation details and costs. This forms the basis of a contract
between us. Please read this to check the details of your sailing day
and let us know as soon as you can if there are any problems.
If you have only paid a deposit we will need the full amount from you
4 weeks before your sailing dates. We will attempt to contact you if we
do not hear from you. If the full amount is not paid within this time
we may need to cancel or re-arrange your sailing day.
