I have been involved in the outdoor industry for over 25 years. I have qualifications in Climbing, Mountaineering, Navigation, Power boating and Sailing and have instructed in all of these proficiencies as a freelance instructor all over the world. I have also run my own company for 22 years so I know quite a lot about people. I spent over 8 years as a retained Fire Fighter so I have also played my part in a team.
